We are pleased to do mail in repairs. We understand there isn’t always someone close by that can provide services you need. Print these documents, fill them out and send them with your device. Once we get the device in we will email you a copy of your ticket. It will have a ticket number on it for you to reference your repair. Once we have an update we will contact you. When the repair is done we will invoice you or call for payment as you have specified. Once payment is made we will ship it back. We use USPS Priority mail. If you want it shipped any other way please specify. If possible back up your device before sending.
